HBL Retains Title Sponsors of PSL 11 & 12 Edition

The Pakistan Cricket Board has retained HBL as the title sponsor for PSL editions 11 and 12. As previously discussed, there was a strong likelihood that HBL would continue as the league’s title sponsor, and it remains one of the biggest sponsors of the Pakistan Super League.

It’s worth noting that various companies enter agreements with the PSL for publicity purposes, paying the PCB a certain amount. Some companies place their logos on player jerseys, some advertise through social media, and others through title sponsorships HBL being one of them.

An agreement between HBL and PCB was originally made from 2015 to 2025, during which the league was officially named “HBL PSL.” As this contract was nearing its expiration, the PSL management contacted all stakeholders and sponsors. Following a meeting, HBL was once again announced as the title sponsor for PSL editions 11 and 12.

Previously, the agreement lasted ten years, but given the league’s growing popularity and uncertain future trajectory, the new contract has been set for two years only. Depending on conditions and PSL’s progress, this partnership may be extended further in the future.
